If you want inner peace, one of the most important things you can do is to learn about fear. It is fear that stands between you and the peace you long for. Be aware of fear, watch the way it rises in your mind in the form of a worrying thought. Notice how you respond. Do you choose to follow that worrying thought, allowing it to grow, and become more intense, or do you let it be?
The more you cease to follow your worrying thoughts, the more you’ll remain peaceful inside. And you’ll see that with peace, come beauty and power.
