I want to give you some tips that will help you to live from inner peace in everyday life.
One of the most important things is to stop thinking back over things in your mind, to not think about what you should have done, how things should have been. It´s really easy to do this, but the moment we do it, we move away from our natural state as soul and the experience of inner peace disappears.
When we no longer think about what we should have done, how things should have been, we experience peace inside. It is in the experience of inner peace that we want to stay: it´s beautiful to be there; everything seems easy; there is no stress; we are free.
Be aware of this in your everyday life. Notice how often you think about how things should have been, and make a practice of not following any thoughts that will take you to a place of regret. You don´t have to go there.
It might take time, but that´s ok. Continue with the practice, and you´ll soon discover the difference between having regrets, and remaining in a state of peace.
