When you think, believe, imagine, perceive, interpret, expect, assume something; whenever you make judgements, draw conclusions, have doubts, worries, fear; whenever you feel guilty, shameful, angry, jealous, you are coming from your mind. See if you can be aware of when this happens. Notice, also, how being in your mind affects you physically, how it makes you feel inside.
When your mind is quiet, when thoughts and feelings cease to exist and you are at peace inside, you will experience your essence, soul.
Get to know the experience of the soul. Seek it as often as you can: in the mountains, the forest, watching a beautiful sunset, being by the sea; meditating, doing yoga, listening to music.
It will change your life.
